Job Description

As a Social Media Executive at The Campus Angels Network Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and creating engaging content that aligns with our brand’s voice and values.

Key Responsibilities
  1.  Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our business goals and increase our social media presence.
  2.  Create and publish compelling and high-quality content across our social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and  Instagram.
  3.  Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance to inform future strategies.
  4.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media marketing.
  5.  Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.
  6.  Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  7.  Monitor and manage our online reputation and respond to negative comments or reviews.
  8.  Work with external vendors and agencies to execute paid social media campaigns.
  9.  Manage and maintain our social media calendar, ensuring that content is scheduled and published on time.
  10.  Track and report on the success of social media campaigns, making recommendations for future improvements.
Profile Requirements
  • Graduate in any discipline with 2 – 3 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset and a passion for social media marketing.

Manager – Member Engagement

Job Description

As a Member Engagement Manager at The Campus Angels Network Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing our member outreach, onboarding, and engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1.  Develop and implement a member outreach strategy to recruit new members and retain existing members.
  2.  Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring that they have smooth and positive experience.
  3.  Develop and implement engagement programs to ensure that our members are actively involved in our community.
  4.  Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 
  5.  Monitor member satisfaction and implement improvements to our programs based on feedback.
  6.  Develop and implement member retention strategies, including loyalty programs and member benefits.
  7.  Collaborate with the marketing team to promote membership and communicate the value of our programs to potential members.
  8.  Manage and maintain our membership database, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  9.  Analyze membership data and provide reports on member engagement and retention.
  10.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for membership management.
Profile Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in any discipline with 5 – 7 years of experience in membership management or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with membership management software and database management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for building strong member relationships.
